Sexton Pest Control is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. The individual will develop and manage sales activities by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new customers.
- Offer pest control services through in-person and electronic communications.
- Manage commercial and residential accounts.
- Meet revenue expectations according to established sales budget.
- Conduct inspections.
- Represent company in a professional and exemplary manner.
Qualifications:
- 1 year outside sales experience, (generating leads, cold-calling, and prospecting).
- Negotiation and sales capabilities.
- Computer skills, (word and excel).
- Familiar with a “sales process”.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work with others and independently.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to pass background check.
